Intervise CTO to Present at Gitec

On March 8, Intervise Chief Technology Officer, Scott Streit will serve as a panelist at the 2010 Gitec Summit on IT Innovations.  The GITEC Summit is the premier forum for government leaders, industry and academia to share ideas, challenges and successes surrounding the implementation, management and use of Information Technology.  The theme of the conference is IT Innovations Solving Business Challenges.

Key focus areas for the conference include:

• What are the biggest challenges for the largest upcoming projects?
• What new technologies can be helpful?
• What  new Program Management Techniques can be useful to move  initiatives to implementation?
• Engaging the millennial (Generation Y).

Streit will serve on the Futuristic Technology and Potential Implications panel which will feature an academic and an industrial perspective on the next period of IT invention, led by people who are among the inventors.  Scott Streit is an internationally recognized computer scientist with more than 20 years of experience as a technical lead/project manager.  His areas of expertise include Open Source development, Semantic Web development, SQL Server, Sybase and ORACLE.
